Role Summary:

We are in search of a seasoned and proactive Senior Event Operations Specialist to enhance and oversee the operational effectiveness of our music venue.

This role emphasizes strategic oversight, ensuring smooth operations, and cultivating a culture of excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid history of managing large-scale entertainment venues, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and the capability to drive ongoing enhancements across all operational dimensions.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage daily operations of the music venue, ensuring all events are executed with precision and efficiency.
  2. Lead, mentor, and supervise a diverse team of operational staff, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
  3. Formulate and implement operational policies and procedures to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Strategic Oversight:
  1. Evaluate operational performance metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for enhancement.
  2. Develop and oversee budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality and service standards.

Event Coordination:

Collaborate with event organizers, promoters, and suppliers to ensure all logistical elements of events are thoroughly planned and executed.

Supervise event setups, transitions, and breakdowns to guarantee compliance with timelines and quality benchmarks.

Address and resolve any operational challenges that arise during events in a timely and effective manner.


Regulatory Compliance and Safety:
  1. Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to venue operations, health, and safety.
  2. Conduct regular safety assessments and drills, promptly addressing any areas of non-compliance or risk.
  3. Engage with regulatory agencies, emergency services, and other external stakeholders as necessary.
