Head of Wastewater Strategy and Planning

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Wastewater Strategy and Planning team. As Head of Wastewater Strategy and Planning, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our strategic asset management plans, ensuring the delivery of risk reduction and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and own our strategic asset management plans, including optimising TOTEX investment plans and delivering industry-leading customer service.
- Lead the performance of Wastewater Service Strategic Planning, Tactical Planning, and the development of our Drainage and Wastewater Management Plan, Sustainable Drainage Strategy, and Wastewater Developer Services.
- Build relationships with local and national representatives, including influencing the Environment Agency, OFWAT, and DEFRA.
- Collaborate with other service departments to promote a culture of continuous improvement and identify opportunities for best practice.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in strategic planning and asset management. You will have a proven track record of leading teams through change and implementing new corporate systems. You will also have experience of developing strategies and policies that set clear goals and managing at a senior level across multi-functional teams.
