About the Role

This position with Mansell Recruitment Group requires an experienced administrator who will support the internal sales/applications team in providing quotations and processing customer orders to customers all over the world.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Create and Maintain Outstanding Sales Reports
  • Providing exceptional customer service to exceed customers' expectations
  • Maintaining Production Schedules
  • Receive enquiries from customers
  • Prepare and send quotations to the customer using standard price lists
  • Process orders received by completing paperwork and passing to the Operations Department
  • Checking gross margins are in line with acceptable levels

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to work efficiently to deadlines
  • Strong mind and persuasive communication skills
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing and sales environment
  • SAP experience desirable but not necessary
