Job Summary:

Bamford Contract Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer to work with residents on various Social Housing projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in Social housing tenancy or have worked in a customer-facing role within the social housing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Tenant's Complaints procedures as a point of escalation.
  • Maintain and update the on-site Database to reflect on-going works.
  • Assist with queries and help to solve any problems that may arise.

Requirements:

  • CSCS Card preferred.
  • Full UK driving licence - You will be traveling across different sites, sometimes up to 1hr's drive.
  • Basic understanding of construction in social housing.
