Position Overview

The role of a Client Support Specialist is essential in delivering a superior level of assistance to our at-risk clientele. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to lead initiatives in specialized areas or collaborate within a dedicated program to design and implement a comprehensive support framework. Your responsibilities will include evaluating and addressing the needs of individuals affected by trafficking, managing a diverse caseload, crafting personalized support strategies, and advocating for high-risk clients with various organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs using evidence-based tools.
  • Manage a busy caseload while developing tailored support plans.
  • Collaborate with statutory and voluntary organizations to ensure coordinated service delivery.
  • Provide advocacy for clients, particularly those at heightened risk.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions related to client support.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in supported housing and case management for vulnerable populations.
  • Knowledge of trafficking legislation and safe working practices.
  • Understanding of the effects of crime on individuals and communities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
