Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and other customer communications, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality scores.
