Head of Public Affairs

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Public Affairs to lead our strategic engagement with key stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Corporate Affairs & Engagement Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive public affairs strategy that aligns with L'Oréal's overall business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a robust public affairs strategy to influence policy decisions and shape the regulatory landscape in the beauty industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, policymakers, industry associations, and key opinion leaders.
  • Represent L'Oréal at industry events, conferences, and meetings, effectively advocating for our positions on critical issues.
  • Identify and analyze emerging policy trends and their potential impact on the business, providing timely insights to senior management.
  • Lead the development of thought leadership content and position papers on key public affairs topics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment on public affairs priorities.
  • Manage a team of public affairs professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
