Job Summary

This is a full-time role that requires a Senior Public Affairs Officer to ensure that The Right Ethos - Specialist External Affairs Recruitment has influence with key decision makers through its campaigns and policy positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support The Right Ethos - Specialist External Affairs Recruitment's policy function by ensuring a range of public affairs activities to engage and build relationships with Government, Parliament, Civil Servants, other tiers of government, and relevant organisations.
  • Provide a full range of public affairs advice and support to The Right Ethos - Specialist External Affairs Recruitment.
  • Operate at all times in accordance with the approved policies and procedures of The Right Ethos - Specialist External Affairs Recruitment and act in accordance with the values and ethos of the organisation as outlined in the Code of Conduct.
  • Support the safeguarding, health and well-being, and safety of staff, volunteers, and supporters we work with, some of whom may be classed as vulnerable people or adults at risk.
Requirements
  • Report into the Public Affairs and Campaigns Manager.
  • No formal budgetary or line management responsibilities other than ad hoc volunteers and interns.
