An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled professional to join Datalink Recruitment as a dedicated data specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a data management and centralized reporting function, enabling the business to make informed decisions based on data.
This is a broad role that will evolve rapidly, requiring a proactive and adaptable individual who can drive growth and improvement.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Automating processes and creating data visualizations and reports
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy
- Auditing internal and external data sources and standardizing formats across the organization
- Transforming data into actionable insights
- Establishing a data governance framework
The role reports directly to the board, ensuring a high level of influence and support to achieve goals.
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-literate individual with excellent communication and influencing skills.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, including SQL, Excel, and experience with databases, warehouses, BI, and visualization tools.
