The Role: Payroll Data Specialist
As a Payroll Data Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data integrity will be essential in maintaining compliance with payroll regulations and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input employee data, including new hires, terminations, and changes, into our payroll system.
- Conduct thorough validation checks to ensure the accuracy of all inputted data.
- Process hourly timesheets and additional hours worked by employees.
- Manage absence records for hourly employees.
- Provide support to the payroll team during peak periods, assisting with ad hoc tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with experience handling data.
