Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance framework to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data quality standards, data retention frameworks, and data classification systems.
  • Lead the charge in data governance and work in tandem with our CRM program to transform how we engage with data, supporters, and achieve our vision.
  • Establish and maintain data governance tooling, including data classification, discovery, and self-service datasets.
  • Mentor and train colleagues on data governance best practices, data quality standards, and data literacy.
  • Identify and address data governance issues, ensuring that data is used to drive business value and improve supporter experience.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in data governance, with a proven track record of improving the value of customer/supporter data.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence and shape organizational thinking on data and supporter experience.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft skills and experience with MS Dynamics 365.
