The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a data management and centralized reporting function that will enable the business to make the most of their data and allow managers to make informed decisions based on data.

This is a broad role that will grow quickly, with key tasks including:

  • Automating processes and creating dashboards/reports
  • Developing and implementing an overall data strategy
  • Auditing all internal and external data sources and creating a standard format across the business
  • Transforming data into actionable insights
  • Establishing a data governance framework

The role reports directly to the board, ensuring a high level of influence and buy-in to achieve the desired outcomes.

We are looking for someone who is data literate, hands-on, and enjoys a challenge. The ideal candidate will have experience with SQL, Excel, databases/warehouses, BI, and visualization tools.

Excellent communication and influencing skills are essential, as the successful candidate will work across the business, interacting with various heads of departments/senior managers.
