About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team at Datalink Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in establishing a data management and centralized reporting function that will enable our business to make informed decisions based on data.

This is a broad and challenging role that will require you to automate processes, create dashboards and reports, develop and implement a data strategy, audit internal and external data sources, and transform data into actionable insights.

You will have a lot of influence and buy-in to get the job done from day one, as you will be reporting directly to the board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Automate processes and create dashboards and reports to provide business insights
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy to drive business decisions
  • Audit internal and external data sources to ensure data quality and consistency
  • Transform data into actionable insights to inform business decisions
  • Establish a data governance framework to ensure data integrity and security
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as strong technical skills in SQL, Excel, and experience with databases, warehouses, BI, and visualization tools.

You will also need to be extremely data literate and hands-on, with the ability to implement a data strategy and create dashboards and reports.
