HR Administrator

Job Summary:
As an experienced HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR administration team at eNL Legal Recruitment. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000 (dependent on experience) and hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee HR administration processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. This includes tasks such as onboarding, employment checks, employment contracts, change administration, payroll updates, and HR system maintenance.
• Ensure HR records and systems deliver accurate and timely data.
• Maintain and enforce HR Standard Operating Procedures and policies, reporting any issues and recommending necessary changes.
• Perform HR system data inputs and audits in preparation for a new HR system implementation.
• Assist in the development of HR systems, reporting mechanisms, and documentation.
• Support additional tasks and projects as required.
Requirements:
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Impressive administrative and IT skills.
