Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Deliver high-quality administration for core HR processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Liaise with hiring managers and colleagues to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Ensure proper completion and filing of employment and legal documents.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, responding to and forwarding to the HR Team as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Responsible for maintaining HRIS, updating employee details, and running reports.
  • Provide administrative support for cyclical and ad-hoc activities, including performance appraisals and compensation reviews.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a HR administrator role, ideally in a complex, fast-paced organization.
  • Working knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, highly motivated individual with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work, prioritize, and use sound judgment to escalate issues when required.
  • MS Office experience.
  • HR-related qualification or CIPD qualification.
  • Office administration experience.
  • Proficient in dealing with electronic filing and archiving systems.
  • Team player who collaborates well with the wider HR team.
