Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Administrator to join our team at With Intelligence. As a key member of our Global HR function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Deliver high-quality administration for core Global HR employee life cycle processes, including new starter and leaver processes.
  • Liaise with hiring managers and colleagues in the Facilities and IT department to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Ensure proper completion and filing of employment and legal documents.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, responding to and forwarding to the HR Team as required.
  • Ensure a professional approach is always delivered, with particular emphasis on maintaining confidentiality.
  • Responsible for maintaining HRIS, updating employee details, new starters, leavers, absences, and user profiles.
  • Provide administrative support for cyclical and ad-hoc activities, including performance appraisals and compensation review cycles.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, providing a highly customer-focused service to the company and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide cover for colleagues during periods of absence.
  • Support with creating offer letters and contracts when required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a HR administrator role, ideally in a complex, fast-paced organisation.
  • Working knowledge of HR processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, highly motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work, prioritise, and use sound judgement to escalate issues when required.
  • MS Office experience.
  • HR-related qualification/CIPD qualification.
  • Office administration experience.
  • Proficient in dealing with electronic filing and archiving systems.
  • Team player who collaborates well with the wider HR team.
