About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mental health professional to join our team as an Open Dialogue Practitioner. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in facilitating the development of our Peer Supported Open Dialogue service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Co-facilitate training sessions for others to promote the Open Dialogue service
  • Work alongside pod-trained staff and trainees to support service users and their social networks
  • Integrate the Open Dialogue care model throughout our organisation

Requirements

  • Trained and registered mental health worker (nurse, OT, therapist) with experience in Open Dialogue training
  • Minimum 2 years post-registration experience or experience working in an Open Dialogue team
  • Ability to prioritise casework and allocate tasks to others
  • Liaising with stakeholders and awareness of clinical governance
