Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based interventions, including CBT, to children and young people experiencing emotional wellbeing and mental health difficulties.
- Work closely with schools and education settings to develop and implement Whole School Approaches to mental wellbeing.
- Provide supervision and support to junior colleagues, promoting their professional development and growth.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health initiatives and programs within the Trust.
- Graduate qualification in a relevant field, such as nursing, social work, occupational therapy, or a related discipline.
- Experience delivering CBT interventions to children and young people, with a strong understanding of child development and mental health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, young people, and education professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
