  • Promote independence, supporting residents in daily activities while encouraging autonomy.
  • Act on feedback, being responsive to team input and prioritizing resident health and well-being.
  • Champion respect, upholding the dignity and individuality of every resident.

About You
  • You are a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC Nursing PIN.
  • Care home experience is a plus, but what really matters is your passion for care and dedication to improving the lives of our residents.
  • You have a natural ability to connect with people, bringing warmth, understanding, and a calm, patient demeanor to every interaction.
  • Communication is your superpower, whether you're talking with a resident about their needs, updating a family member, or guiding your care team.
