Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience working with individuals on the Autism spectrum.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a positive impact.
Ability to adapt and think creatively to address individual needs.
