Advanced Oncology Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a SACT Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our Haematology/Oncology Service within NHS Fife. This role is a new development within the current Oncology/Haematology Day Unit and Ward 34 at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy.
The successful candidate will have experience in Oncology/Hematology nursing or will have the potential to be trained under the annexe 21 framework as a trainee ANP. The role will involve SACT ANP duties and will be based on a 37-hour week, Monday to Friday, with potential for 7-day working in the future.
The salary will be a percentage of the pay band maximum for the qualified rate, dependent on the duration of the training period. We are committed to supporting our staff in their career development and offer a range of opportunities for professional growth and development.
The ideal candidate will be a competent and qualified ANP with experience in Oncology/Haematology nursing. However, applications will be considered from those with the relevant experience, academic qualifications, and a willingness to undertake the required training.
Key responsibilities will include SACT ANP duties, working with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care, and contributing to the development of the Haematology/Oncology Service.
