Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Account Manager at FMCG Exec. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with top-tier retailers and manufacturers in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Develop and execute plans to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the manufacturing and retail sectors.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Partnership Managers, ensuring target achievement and outstanding client service.
  • Account Growth & Retention: Identify growth opportunities, deliver innovative solutions, and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, supply chain) for seamless service delivery.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, anticipate client needs, and provide thought leadership.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in a senior account management role, particularly in FMCG manufacturing. Retail account management experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong relationship-building, leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities. Analytical and problem-solving mind-set.
  • Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as needed.
