Working Schedule: The role operates on a standard Monday to Friday schedule, commencing at 7 AM.

Company Background: This organization is renowned for its premium bakery and snack products, catering to both retail and foodservice markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage production resources through a dedicated supervisory team.
  • Ensure the production of high-quality goods that meet customer specifications.
  • Support customer technical visits and participate in BRC audits.
  • Maintain familiarity with HACCP and internal auditing standards.
  • Oversee health and safety protocols and hygiene standards across the facility.
  • Assist the Site General Manager and Technical Manager in prioritizing maintenance and hygiene tasks.
  • Manage recruitment processes for production staff and conduct performance evaluations for Supervisors and Operators.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess:
