About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Manager to lead our manufacturing operation in Rochdale. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of our factory, overseeing all aspects of production, and driving efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the workforce to achieve production goals and freshness guidelines
  • Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing site, including production processes, equipment maintenance, and health & safety protocols
  • Accountable for Manufacturing Doughnut KPIs of the bakery and brand ambassador for Krispy Kreme standards
  • Manage and develop a motivated workforce, ensuring teams are working cohesively to achieve production goals
Requirements
  • Leadership and People Management experience within an FMCG/Food environment
  • Strong background in Food Manufacturing or Food Production
  • Practical working understanding of food manufacturing processes, including food safety regulations and quality control standards
  • Hands on experience of managing KPIs, budgets, and cost control
  • Knowledge of quality control processes, continuous improvement techniques, and methodology
