About the Role:


Our client is in search of a motivated and skilled individual to become a part of their residential and new homes teams as a Real Estate Legal Support Specialist.

The successful applicant will deliver essential administrative assistance, ensuring the effective functioning of the team while providing outstanding client service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute general administrative tasks related to residential property transactions.
  • Collect information and update the Case Management System accordingly.
  • Keep filing systems organized and current.
  • Interact with clients face-to-face and manage telephone communications for the firm.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of all client data.
  • Handle tasks such as mailing letters, managing incoming and outgoing calls, and maintaining spreadsheets.
  • Uphold high standards of client service.
  • Perform typing and various administrative tasks as required throughout the organization.
  • Exhibit a flexible and adaptable approach to evolving business requirements.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Address client inquiries and carry out general administrative functions including filing, photocopying, and faxing.

Role Overview:


The Real Estate Legal Support Specialist will assist partners and fee earners within the residential property and new build team.

Responsibilities encompass welcoming clients, both in person and via phone, and providing support to partners, fee earners, and administrative staff across various practice areas as necessary.

This role demands a friendly disposition, punctuality, and a professional appearance.

  • Ability to accurately convey messages, document information, and update CMS, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and case management systems.
  • Accurate recording of messages and instructions from clients and other parties.
  • Good typing skills and keyboard proficiency.
  • Punctuality and reliable time management.
  • Capacity to meet strict deadlines.
  • Clear and sensible communication with internal partners, fee earners, clients, service providers, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently within defined guidelines.
  • Genuine interest in contributing to a dynamic law firm.
