Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Swindon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our projects, from inception to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all pre-commencement duties are fulfilled, working closely with our internal planning department and end project sales team.
- Manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely, on-budget, and to-brief completion.
- Provide leadership and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Effective communication of project information and monitoring of budgets and progress.
- Manage day-to-day and diary management for staff and subcontractors.
- Weekly reports to the commercial director, asset manager, and CEO.
- Appoint and arrange local authority and statutory body inspections.
- Ability to create tender packages and manage the process with commercial acumen.
