We welcome candidates with or without prior Estate Agency experience, as comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in lettings and the current property market.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, consistently delivering exceptional client service.
  2. Identify client requirements and match them to our property portfolio.
  3. Exhibit a polite and confident telephone manner, effectively communicating details.
  4. Manage your time efficiently to maximize appointment and activity levels.
  5. Attend relevant training courses to enhance your knowledge and improve your performance.
What You Can Expect:
  1. Uncapped OTE opportunities ranging from £25,000 to £35,000, with additional bonus incentives and the chance to gain promotion within the first 12 months.

The Ideal Candidate:
  1. Previous sales and customer service experience.
  2. Target-driven and tenacious.
  3. Ability to work effectively within a team.
  4. Motivated and enthusiastic at all times.
  5. High standards of service and presentation.
  6. Good organizational skills.
  7. Drive to be the top of every league table.
  8. Car owner with a full driving license.
  9. Insured for business use.
  10. Legal right to work in the UK.
Job Details:
  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • Competitive salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year.
