Job Summary:

The Fleet Site Coordinator is a key role within our organization, supporting the Fleet department in various administrative and operational tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling workshop tracking, generating service reports, managing invoices, liaising with suppliers, and performing data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate workshop activities, including scheduling and tracking of vehicles and parts
  • Generate and manage service reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage invoices and payments, ensuring prompt and accurate processing
  • Liaise with suppliers, negotiating prices and ensuring timely delivery of parts
  • Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Assist the workshop team with moving vehicles, collecting parts from suppliers, and performing general duties as required

Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build strong relationships
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Car driver's license required (MR highly desirable)
  • Forklift/high-risk license (preferred)
