Job Summary:

The Fleet Site Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting our Fleet department by providing administrative assistance, scheduling workshop tracking, generating service reports, managing invoices, and liaising with suppliers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Fleet department, including data entry, inventory management, and monthly stock orders.
  • Schedule workshop tracking and generate service reports to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Manage invoices and liaise with suppliers to ensure prompt payment and resolution of any issues.
  • Assist the workshop with moving vehicles, collecting parts from suppliers, and general duties as required.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Workshop Controller and State Maintenance Manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with others.
  • Effective time management skills, with ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Car Driver's license required (MR highly desirable), with Forklift/High Risk license preferred.
