Job Title: Site Coordinator

Assystem GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Site Coordinator to join our Piping Engineering Construction team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Job Summary

The Site Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information between our construction team and the client, ensuring that all site requests are assessed and addressed in a timely manner. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the assessment and resolution of site requests, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and communicated to the client.
  • Work closely with the construction team to ensure that all site activities are executed in accordance with the project schedule and budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client and other stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of construction project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Degree in a related engineering field, such as civil engineering or construction management.
  • Chartered Engineer status with a relevant engineering institute.
  • Working knowledge of French language an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data from various sources and take into consideration the viewpoints of numerous stakeholders.
