Job Summary

The Site Coordinator will play a crucial role in the E2E piping Engineering organization, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between contractors and clients. This position requires a meticulous and rigorous approach to engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage site requests and ensure timely production of FCR/NCRs to facilitate quick treatment and feedback, allowing construction activities to proceed smoothly.
  • Collaborate closely with the construction team, providing technical support and expertise to resolve technical queries and close open points.
  • Review FCR/NCRs for characterization, remediation, and delegation, ensuring they contain sufficient information and proposed remediation plans are relevant and achievable.
  • Establish regular contact with the construction team to review FCR/NCR trends, propose mitigation strategies, and set KPIs to track throughput.
  • Liaise with the Front Office organization to provide necessary information and coordinate communication between parties.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an equivalent or related role in the construction industry.
  • Meticulous and rigorous approach to engineering.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong people leadership skills to coordinate efficient delivery of the Construction Team.
  • Ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Degree in a related engineering field.
  • Chartered Engineer with a relevant engineering institute.
  • Detailed understanding of PWR design and experience in PWR operations.
  • Working knowledge of French language an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of CDM Regulations.
