Site Coordinator Assistant

The Site Coordinator Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Fleet department at Active Tree Services. Key responsibilities include scheduling workshop tracking, generating service reports, managing invoices, liaising with suppliers, handling customer enquiries, data entry, conducting regular workshop audits, ordering parts, and inventory management. This role also involves assisting the workshop with vehicle movements, collecting parts from suppliers, and performing general duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Current car driver's license (MR highly desirable)
  • Forklift/High risk license (preferred)
