Job Summary:
The Assistant Site Coordinator will provide critical support to our Fleet department by scheduling workshop activities, generating service reports, managing invoices, and liaising with suppliers. This role will also assist with data entry, workshop audits, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Fleet department with scheduling and coordination of workshop activities
- Generate and manage service reports, invoices, and other documentation
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and services
- Assist with data entry, workshop audits, and inventory management
- Provide administrative support to the Fleet team
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Office skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to build relationships
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with the ability to build relationships
- Effective time management skills
- Car Driver's license required (MR highly desirable)
- Forklift/High risk license (preferred)
