**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced maintenance engineer to join our site in Edinburgh. As an electrical maintenance specialist, you will be working with a successful manufacturer that has recently experienced an impressive investment and upturn in sales.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Undertake planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdowns
  • Electrical fault finding and repair
  • Fault finding on PLC systems and electrical control systems
  • General electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair of buildings and facilities
  • Work closely with the process engineering and quality engineering teams
  • Support colleagues with project work and contribute to a results-driven culture

**Requirements**

  • A time-served apprenticeship with an electrical bias
  • Experience of electrical maintenance gained in the manufacturing sector
  • Experience of fault finding on PLC systems and electrical control systems
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
