Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at ISS Facility Services UK. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for delivering a maintenance service to our client's leisure and recreational facility in Livingston.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned maintenance as instructed by the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Become competent in the operation of the site's Building Management and Planned Maintenance computer systems
- Carry out reactive maintenance as instructed by Site Management
- Assist in resolving maintenance issues raised by retailers
- Assist the other maintenance staff as required
- Assist with any training that may be required by other staff
- Liaise with contractors, providing assistance as agreed by the Facilities Manager/Contract Manager
Requirements:
- To be electrically qualified with some experience in the electrical field
- An ability to cover shifts when the other Engineer is on leave would be useful
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a developing Electrician to gain more maintenance experience on a fast-paced and challenging site. You will work with 2 other Engineers to deliver a maintenance service, completing planned and reactive maintenance tasks, focusing on electrical works, with minor mechanical and fabric jobs. While the role is maintenance-focused, there will be some install projects.
