Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at ISS Facility Services UK. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for delivering a maintenance service, completing planned and reactive maintenance tasks, focusing on electrical works, with minor mechanical and fabric jobs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the achievement of a 'Best in Class' approach to Engineering and Fabric services, including those provided through supplier organisations.
  • Carry out Planned Maintenance as instructed by the CAFM System.
  • Become competent in the operation of the site's Building Management and Planned maintenance computer systems.
  • Carry out reactive maintenance as instructed by Site Management.
  • Assist in resolving maintenance issues raised by retailers.
  • Assist the other maintenance staff as required.
  • Assist with any training that may be required by other staff.
  • Liaise with Contractors, giving assistance as agreed by the FM/CM.
Requirements
  • To be electrically qualified with some experience in the electrical field.
