Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Leader to join our team at BAE Systems. As a key member of our Procurement function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver procurement projects and initiatives
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement leadership roles
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
