Job Title: Procurement Leader

Location: Barrow-In-Furness

Salary: Circa £45,628.00 + Dependent on skills and experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all related Supply Chain activity in line with area of responsibility
  • Develop and implement activities that deliver on People, Process, Technology, and reporting to support the successful delivery of the SC function
  • Communicate effectively with functional and external stakeholders, and deputise for the SC Senior Manager as required
  • Manage contracts, including major subcontract and transactional agreements
  • Lead a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of procurement activities
  • Regularly visit suppliers to build relationships and ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Supply Chain, Procurement, or Project Management experience
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
  • Knowledge of ERP and PLM Systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Packages
  • Experience working within aerospace, defence, and/or MOD packages
  • Previous line management responsibility
