We are seeking a Commercial Procurement Leader to join our team at BAE Systems. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of procurement strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver procurement projects and initiatives
  • Manage and develop a team of procurement professionals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and internal customers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement leadership roles
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
