We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Procurement Leader to join our team at BAE Systems. As a key member of our Procurement team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our supply chain activities, ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract management and negotiation
  • Supply chain strategy development and implementation
  • Team management and coaching
  • Stakeholder management and communication
  • Process improvement and optimization

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of ERP and PLM systems
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment
