Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) to join our team at a leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities.

About the Role:
  • Ensure patients receive high-quality care while supporting colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.
  • Work in a mental health hospital with different wards, including CAMHS, acute mental health, and adult eating disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Contribute to a positive and friendly staff culture, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.
Requirements:
  • A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD).
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • A minimum of 6 months mental health experience as a nurse in the UK.
  • Strong team-working skills and a high level of self-motivation.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to high-quality care and values-based practice.
