About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a Senior Mental Health Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, service user-focused care and leading the nursing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering High-Quality Care: You will be responsible for ensuring that our service users receive the highest standard of care, tailored to their individual needs.
  • Leading the Nursing Team: As a Senior Mental Health Nurse, you will lead, supervise, and mentor the nursing team, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional care.
  • Participating in Service Development: You will contribute to the development of new services and care pathways, working closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Continuous Quality Improvement: You will be responsible for engaging in continuous quality improvement within your service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to ensure we maintain the highest standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC PIN. You will also need to have a strong commitment to quality care and a passion for developing others.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, alongside a benefits package that includes a £5,000 welcome bonus and £1,000 annual bonus.
