We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ward Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a Ward Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our mental health hospital and leading a highly trained and compassionate team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate the quality and management of nursing care, patient care, and the clinical environment.
  • Ensure that the physical healthcare needs of patients are assessed and managed effectively.
  • Develop and implement clear and current care plans that reflect the personalized needs of patients and undertake direct patient care where necessary.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the clinical team, promote best practice, and continuously encourage the development of the service.

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
  • Prior background in a leadership position.
  • Willingness to complete further clinical and leadership training.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Motivation to strive for excellence.
