Senior Mental Health Nurse Leader

About the Role:
Appoint Healthcare is proud to partner with a leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. We are seeking an experienced senior Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) for a mental health hospital based in South West London.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversight of the clinical and care needs of all patients, supporting the wider multidisciplinary team and nurses in working with patients, their families, and community teams to meet the individual needs of each person.
Focus on proactive clinical risk assessments, nursing assessments, the development of clinical models, quality improvement measures, least restriction interventions, and medication management.
Requirements:
A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD)
A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
Experience in managing a nursing team while maintaining high professional standards
A minimum of 3 years of mental health experience as a nurse in the UK
A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
