We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Experience and Complaints Manager to join our team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that patients receive a fair and respectful outcome.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient experience and satisfaction, working closely with our clinical teams and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with our Quality Improvement team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to our services.
- Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working with patients, families, and staff to resolve complaints and concerns.
- Ensure that all complaints are thoroughly investigated and documented, in accordance with our Trust's policies and procedures.
- Work closely with our PALS team to provide support and guidance to patients and families.
- Proven experience in complaint management and patient experience improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of NHS policies and procedures.
