Patient Experience and Complaints Manager for Women's Health

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Patient Experience and Complaints Manager to join our Women's Health Care Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of tasks, working under pressure, and demonstrating initiative to resolve complaints effectively.
Main Duties- Manage a complaints portfolio, identifying concerns and addressing them in a caring and efficient manner.
- Work closely with the PALS team and colleagues to ensure effective complaint resolution.
- Develop and maintain robust administrative systems to ensure information is kept efficiently and effectively.
- Build relationships with care groups to challenge and support them in meeting agreed timescales.
- Write clear and comprehensive responses to complaints, working towards our goal of getting it right first time.
- Establish learning and actions from complaints, sharing them with the wider Trust.
