Patient Experience and Complaints Manager for Women's Health

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Patient Experience and Complaints Manager to join our team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of complaints, identifying concerns, and working with colleagues to resolve issues in a caring and efficient manner.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of complaints, ensuring all details are thoroughly understood and logged
- Build relationships with care groups to challenge and support them in meeting agreed timescales
- Write clear and comprehensive responses to complaints, working towards a goal of getting it right first time
- Establish learning and actions from complaints, sharing with the wider Trust
