The Role

We are seeking a skilled Cluster Revenue Manager to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability for our hotel clusters. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our financial goals, including revenue, profit contribution, and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor demand patterns and stay informed about market intelligence to develop effective strategies.
  • Implement yield management, pricing, and positioning tactics to optimize revenue.
  • Collaborate with pricing, strategy, and reporting teams for valuable insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Ensure accuracy in rate loading within our Central Reservation System (CRS) and Property Management System (PMS).
  • Maintain the integrity of our pricing data.

Ideal Candidate

  • Revenue management experience within the hospitality industry, preferably managing revenue for multiple hotel clusters or properties.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful revenue management strategies, including yield management, pricing optimization, and market positioning.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, proficient in data interpretation and utilizing revenue management tools and software.
  • In-depth understanding of the local and regional hospitality market, including industry trends, competitor analysis, and market segmentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a history of effectively working with cross-functional teams to gather insights and translate them into revenue strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
