About the Role

Hays Travel, a leading travel agency, is seeking a skilled Learning and Development Coach to support our apprentices in their journey. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assess, coach, and develop apprentices during their progress reviews, selecting quality evidence to showcase their capabilities.
  • Deliver engaging and motivational training that inspires learners to achieve their goals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and suggest improvements.
  • Research and create engaging training content for virtual and classroom delivery.
  • Ensure a strong awareness of Safeguarding, Prevent, and British values.
  • Effectively communicate and promote organisational changes.
  • Stay up-to-date with department and company technology.
  • Self-reflect and identify areas for personal development.
  • Maintain a motivated 'can-do' attitude, striving for excellence in all areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service environment.
  • Previous experience in Retail Travel sales.
  • Previous experience in classroom/remote delivery.
  • Previous delivery experience of Core Skills.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Level 3 + qualification in Education and Training.
  • Level 3 assessment award.
  • Level 4 Quality Assurance.
