We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers for Waking Night shifts at our facility.

Hourly Rate - £13.61 per hour
Flexible full or part-time hours available

Discovery is in search of empathetic Waking Night Support Workers to assist individuals throughout the night, ensuring that the necessary support is provided according to risk assessments and personalized support plans while performing various essential tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular safety checks to ensure the well-being and comfort of those we support.
  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Documenting information accurately using IT systems, including support plans, incident logs, and health and safety records.
  • Creating a soothing and therapeutic atmosphere for the individuals in our care.
  • Encouraging individuals to enjoy their late evenings and nights as they prefer.
  • Providing personal care as needed.
